Dans les deux cas, une fois réceptionné et après contrôle des articles par notre logisticien, nous procéderons à votre remboursement sous 14 jours ouvrés maximum.

Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition. At BySo we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In this instance, all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.
If there is a clear-out sale ahead of a new collection, this will be specified but no bags sold can be returned due to the nature of the discount proposed.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please return to this address
