Payments
Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. 

We use PayPal’s secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Delivery Time
Deliveries are made via Royal Mail (UK) or La Poste (France), depending on the option chosen at check-out.

Delivery time on average (except after a collection is launched, when dispatch may take up to 10 days):

UK customers - Orders should be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch.
European customers - Orders should be dispatched within 3 – 4 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World customers - Orders should be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer. This should be the Customer’s residence, a work address or the residence of a person chosen by the Customer. BySo cannot deliver to hotels or to postboxes. The Customer has a responsibility to ensure that all address information is correct and complete so that the delivery delay can be met. Examples of necessary information are street name and number, building, floor, access codes, interphone codes etc.

BySo will deliver orders within a maximum delay of twelve working days for a delivery within UK and within twenty working days for an international delivery counting from the day following the confirmation of the order. In the case of failing to meet this maximum delay, except in the case of circumstances beyond BySo’s control, the Client can demand the termination of the sale and obtain in a maximum delay of fourteen days a refund for the amount paid at the point of sale.
The delays above are only indicative and refer to the average delivery and preparation time. BySo cannot be held responsible for any delay that is beyond its control.

Claims
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to BySo within seven working days of delivery. BySo shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall if so requested in writing or verbally by BySo, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim to BySo for examination.

Colours and Materials
While we have tried to accurately display the colours and tones of our products on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your screen and may not be accurate.

Our products are made by hand from natural materials so some inequalities of materials and colours are possible and are not to be deemed as defects. We reserve the right to change details on products or photos of products without prior notice.
